BREAD WITH OLIVES

Ingredients:
2,400 g. Flour 70%
1,800 g. Flour t 90%
200g. yeast
500 gr. butter soft
60g. salt
1.000 g. olives
About 2 L of water
500 gr. sour yeast
oregano
Preparation:
We weigh carefully the ingredients and pour them all into the mixer, except the olives. After you create a dough, add the olives. Grease our booth and cut the dough into pieces of 200 gr each. Shape the dough into balls, press to make them round and place on a greased sheet. Add sliced olives and oregano on the surface. We bake the bread at 200C for 45 minutes. Source: foodland.gr
